 1 The bolt nut is not tightened or the elastic cloth is even2 The sealing surface of the middle flange is damaged or with dirt and impurities3 Gasket damaged 1 Tighten the nuts evenly2 Repair sealing surface and remove dirt and impurities3 Replace the gasket

Leakage at the sealing surface of the disc and seat

 1 Dirt trapped between sealing surfaces2 The sealing surface is damaged 1 Open the valve body and clean it2 regrind or reprocess
