Advantage
- The hot forging of the forged steel valve improves the recrystallization and grain refinement, thereby promoting the material to achieve the maximum possible strength and uniformity.
2 The grain surrounds the contour of the valve body to reduce metal fatigue.
- The forged valve body eliminates internal defects and unifies the metal structure to achieve the best performance.
- External pressure is the biggest problem for the impact between grains, but forging significantly reduces the occurrence of this problem, and significantly improves the life of forged steel valves.
- The control of the dimensional consistency of the closed die forging of the forged steel valve has no defects caused by the displacement of the casting.
