Performance Feature:

The main material of the duplex stainless teel check valve is half of the ferrite phase and the austenite phase in the iron-based solid solution structure, but the steel with the minimum phase content of more than 30% is called duplex stainless steel, the best performance duplex steel The composition is the ferrite content is 60%-40%, the austenite content is between 40%-60%, any-a substantial reduction of the body will cause the performance of the dual-phase steel to weaken. The dual-phase steel check valve has good plasticity and toughness, good thermal conductivity, small linear expansion coefficient, small welding stress and deformation, and high strength and resistance to ammonia ion stress corrosion. Compared with traditional austenitic stainless-steel check valves, such as 304. 304L, 316, 316L, etc. are often damaged by local corrosion such as intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion, etc. The corrosion type shows a strong superiority, and its resistance to corrosion fatigue is also very strong.

Application:

With good resistance to corrosion fatigue and wear and corrosion performance. Under the condition of certain corrosive media, it is suitable for making pumps, valves and other power equipment.
