Performance:
1. High-pressure gate valves are compulsory sealed valves, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the gate to force the sealing surface to not leak.
2. When the medium enters the valve from under the gate, the resistance to be overcome by the operating force is the friction between the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force to close the valve is greater than the force to open the valve. The diameter must be large, otherwise the failure of the valve stem bending will occur.
3. When the high-pressure gate valve is opened, when the opening height of the gate is 25% to 30% of the nominal diameter, the flow has reached the maximum, indicating that the valve has reached the fully open position. So the full open position of the gate valve Positioning should be determined by the stroke of the shutter.
Application:
Anti-leakage self-sealing gate valve is widely used in coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, paper, pharmaceutical and other pipelines.
