Performance:

1. The butterfly valve is bi-directional pressure-bearing, bi-directional metal seal, special structural form can adjust the sealing pressure, eccentric S-shaped conical seat sealing surface, so that the sealing surface is not easy to damage, and improve the service life of the valve.

2. The operation torque is small, and it can be opened and closed by turning 90 degrees, which is light and quick.

3. The flow resistance is small, with good hydraulic characteristics, the flow characteristics are similar to inclined straight lines, the energy saving effect is good, and the two-way seal has no direction requirements for water flow.

4. The sealing is reliable, and the opening and closing life is more than 25,000 times.

5. The valve plate adopts a double-plate truss-type multi-channel design that meets the hydrodynamic performance.

 

Application

The three-eccentric two-way metal seal welding butterfly valve is widely used in the water conservancy projects, tap water, power circulating water, petroleum, chemical industry and other industrial pipelines as a cut-off medium flow.
